Project Info
An old Goose Berry Orchard was to be converted into a Boutique resort. The worst part was that it had two proposed sector roads criss crossing the site. Therefore the building placement was limited within the land. The cottages were therefore placed in between the trees without having to cut them. This allowed the place to feel age old with fully grown trees and fresh landscaping all around. Few halls and restaurants with hotel rooms above were fitted well within the setbacks.
