One of our initial builder projects this turned out to be a benchmark in landscape planning for a township. Immaculate tree lined avenues, with signages and well appointed central park. This central park was created in three levels in which the lowest level was to collect the excess rain water which would then slowly seep into the multiple rain water harvesting pits around it. The water table rose around this area in a span of three years.
